This is critical to our standards: by breeding our own replacements and never bringing in outside animals, we ensure superior biosecurity and health. Unlike industrial farms, our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They graze on lush seasonal native grasses and diverse forage—never grain, hormones, or antibiotics. In winter, they are sustained on high-quality hay. This regenerative approach produces the cleanest, most tender beef possible.
